Business Turku Oy:ssä työtehtäviini ovat kuuluneet erilaiset sihteerin- ja taloushallinnon työt. Projektisihteerin töitä olen tehnyt vuodesta 2012 alkaen.

Työskentelen yhdessä projektipäälliköiden ja kirjanpitäjien kanssa ja vastaan hankkeiden projektitilityksistä. Työni edellyttää erilaisten rahoitusohjelmien tuntemista.

Toimenkuvaani sisältyy mm. hankkeiden talousseuranta, maksatushakemusten laadinta ja kokoaminen, osatoteuttajien neuvonta ja opastaminen sekä hankemateriaalien arkistointi.

Lisäksi avustan myös tapahtumajärjestelyissä.
