Orionin yhteistyökumppani Bayer on nostanut arviotaan Nubeqa-tuotteen (darolutamidi) myyntipotentiaalista. Bayerin uuden arvion mukaan Turussa kehitetyn Nubeqan vuotuinen maailmanlaajuinen myynti voisi parhaimmillaan ylittää 3 miljardia euroa. Aiemmin Bayer on arvioinut, että Nubeqan vuotuinen maailmanlaajuinen myynti voisi parhaimmillaan ylittää miljardi euroa.

Bayerilla on darolutamidin kaupalliset oikeudet maailmanlaajuisesti ja Orion on oikeutettu saamaan vuosittain porrastettua rojaltia darolutamidin maailmanlaajuisesta myynnistä. Vuotuinen rojaltin taso on noin 20 % sisältäen tuotemyynnin Bayerille. Alkuvaiheessa rojaltin vuotuinen taso on hieman alempi ja myynnin kasvaessa vuotuinen rojaltin taso kasvaa. Orion vastaa tuotteen valmistuksesta maailmanlaajuisille markkinoille ja edistää myyntiä Euroopassa yhdessä Bayerin kanssa.

Rojaltien lisäksi Orion on oikeutettu saamaan Bayerilta asteittain kasvavia kertasuoritteisia etappimaksuja, jotka voivat olla yhteensä 280 miljoonaa euroa riippuen Nubeqan myynnin tulevasta kehityksestä.  

Nubeqan jalostuksessa tarvittavan lääkeaineen valmistus tapahtuu Orionin Hangon tehtaalla ja Nubeqa-pillerit valmistetaan Orionin Espoon tehtaalla. Valmiit lääkkeet pakataan Salossa.
