Työnhakijat:

  • Työnhakijoiden perustiedot (nimi. osoite, puhelinnumero)
  • hakemuksessa esitetyt tiedot
  • CV-tiedot

5. Henkilötietojen käsittelyn oikeusperuste

Rekisterinpitäjän oikeutettu etu. Business Turku Oy:n oikeutettuna etuna on työntekijöiden rekrytointi avoimiin tehtäviin ja työhakemusten käsittely.

6. Henkilötietojen lähteet

Tietoja kerätään vain rekisteröidyiltä itseltään, ja rekisteröidyillä on mahdollisuus itse päättää, missä laajuudessa tietoja annetaan. Henkilötietoja käsitellään vain siinä määrin kuin on tarpeen em. tarkoitusten toteuttamiseksi ja tavalla, jota rekisteröidyt voivat kohtuudella odottaa tietoja antaessaan.

7. Henkilötietojen luovutus ja siirto

Tietoja voidaan luovuttaa palveluntarjoajille ja haastatteluihin valittujen yhteystietojen osalta rekrytointikonsultille.

Tietoja ei siirretä EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle.

8. Tietojen säilytysaika

Työnhakijoiden tiedot poistetaan vuoden kuluttua hakuprosessin päättymisestä.

9. Profilointi ja automaattinen päätöksenteko

Henkilötietojen käsittelyyn ei liity profilointia tai automaattista päätöksentekoa.
