Welcome to Turku ChipTech meeting on 25.4. at Business Turku office (Tykistökatu 4B)

The Turku Chip Tech network, launched in January 2025, is a network focused on collaboration and discussion forum for companies, universities, and stakeholders in our region. Technology domain of the network is chips technology, including integrated circuits, related software development, semiconductors & related materials and production methods etc.

Turku has world class knowhow in photonics. This time we have Vice president of Photonics Finland Docent Heidi Piili from University of Turku talking about photonics here in Turku and introducing us to Photonics Finland. 

Tomi Salo, Co-Creation Manager of Kvanttinova, Finland’s microelectronics and quantum technology RDI hub (part of FiCCC) joins us to tell about their operations and future plans. 

We will also have slots for five companies/researchers/research to business(R2B) teams introducing their projects/companies.
