European Maritime Hotspots

Toteutusaika: 1.9.2020–31.12.2022

Hankepartnerit: Hankkeen päätoteuttaja on Turun ammattikorkeakoulu ja kumppanit ovat Turun yliopisto, Turun kaupunki, Turku Science Park Oy ja Varsinais-Suomen liitto.

Rahoitus: Koko hanke 189 900 euroa, josta Turku Science Park Oy:n osuus 43 050 euroa.

Sisältö: Hankkeen tavoitteena on monenkeskinen edunvalvontayhteistyö eurooppalaisissa merialan järjestöissä ja yhteenliittymissä sekä kahdenvälinen vahvojen merialueiden eurooppalainen verkostoyhteistyö. Vahvan yhteisen verkostoyhteistyön tavoitteena on eurooppalaisen meriteollisuuden kilpailukyvyn edistäminen ja meriteollisuuden korostaminen merkittävänä strategisena toimialana. Lisäksi tavoitteena on lisätä varsinaissuomalaisten toimijoiden näkyvyyttä ja vaikuttavuutta eurooppalaisilla areenoilla ja kasvattaa eurooppalaisia kumppanuuksia ja meriteollisuuden kehittämishankkeita ja Varsinais-Suomeen saatavaa EU-rahoitusta.

Turku Science Park Oy:n tehtävät: Turku Science Park Oy:n tehtävänä on yritysyhteistyö, verkottuminen kansainvälisiin kehitysyhtiöihin, strategiset kumppanuudet sekä heikkojen signaalien havainnointi ja analysointi.
