Rahoitus: Interreg Baltic Sea Region 2014 – 2020 -ohjelma. Kokonaisbudjetti 2.55 miljoonaa euroa.
Sisältö: Hankkeen tavoitteena on edistää biomarkkerien kaupallistamista. Hankkeen aikana pyritään luomaan malli, jonka avulla voidaan tunnistaa ne yliopistossa kehitetyt biomarkkeriaihiot, joilla on todellista kaupallista potentiaalia. Lisäksi kehitetään toimintamallia, jolla yritykset saataisiin sitoutumaan tuotekehitysprojektiin jo aikaisessa vaiheessa. Hankkeen aikana pyritään tiivistämään yhteistyötä tutkimuksen, teknologiansiirtoyksikköjen, klusteriorganisaatioiden ja yritysmaailman välillä. Hankkeen aikana perustetaan myös web-pohjainen alusta, joka tulee toimimaan biomarkkerien markkinapaikkana myös hankkeen päättymisen jälkeen. Alustalle kootaan biomarkkereihin liittyvä osaaminen, tarjonta ja kysyntä. Hankkeessa suunnitellaan myös kolmea pilottia biomarkkerien kaupallistamisen eri vaiheista.
TScP Oy:n tehtävät: TScP osallistuu toimijoiden kartoittamiseen ja verkottamiseen, sekä biomarkkerien kaupallistamisen avuksi kehitettyjen toimintamallien ja web-pohjaisen alustan rakentamiseen.
