When registering for the event you can request a 15 minute meeting with an investor where you can meet and setup future meetings. To avoid poor matches, investors will get a list of companies that have requested a meeting. They will then pick the ones they are interested in and we will setup the meetings.
We will let you know about your meetings before hand but make sure to reserve the afternoon for the meetings in your calendar.
