Project in a nutshell: DIGIT-PRE – DIGITAL tools delivering PREvention, prediction and remote care through a resilient EU value network to reduce health system stressors in a post-COVID world – is a European project funded by EU’s Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) programme.
The purpose of DIGIT-PRE is to launch a sustainable EU value network that generates value through linked activities while supporting companies to be competitive and sustainable. The project has a specific focus on consumer-facing digital health solutions for prevention, prediction & remote care in a post-COVID world.
Based on health challenges identified in the project open calls will be launched. The SMEs that are selected in sub-projects will be offered both financing and services to support research and development.
Duties of Turku Science Park Ltd.: Turku Science Park Ltd is primarily responsible for identifying and defining the health challenges and selecting the final challenges for the project. All partners will collect local challenges from their regions. Turku Science Park Ltd will also take the lead in setting up the situation analysis, initiating stakeholder engagement and identifying available services for the SMEs selected into the project.
